   Booking is per day; not per night as other rented units.

   Check-Out:  10:00 PM
   Exception to Check-Out:  On Fireworks Friday guest may stay until 1:00 AM the following day.

  Off Street Parking:

   Off street parking on the Diplomat's parking lot is made available with the Diplomat's Parking Pass tag.
   * Made available inside the unit at time of self-check-in.
   * Should be located attached (magnetized) to the inside of the unit's entry door.

   Please note:  Failure to have the Parking Pass tag displayed on your car may lead to fines and/or towing implemented
   by the condo association's board.

 

  Keyless Unit Entry:

   Unit self-entry is made available through a Deadbolt electronic keypad.

 

  Inside the Unit: 

   Refrigerator / Freezer.
   Coffee Maker (4-5 cups).

   Stove Top & Microwave.
   Countertop Oven, Toaster, and Slow Cooker. 

   Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan, and Tower Fan.
   Dehumidifier. 

   Electric Radiator Heaters. 
      (Will be available when temperatures are cooler and/or upon request.)     

   Two Full Size Beds in main bedroom (Sleeps 4).
   One Full Size Sofa Sleeper in the living room (Sleeps 2).

   Outside Balcony with some furniture.

   Extra Bed Sheets, Rags (body and dish), Towels, Bath Floor Rugs.

   Television Sets (2).
   Free Wi-Fi.
      * Domain and Password will be given at time of visit.
   Dimmable, Mood Colored Changing, Remote Lights throughout much of the unit.

 

  The Condominium Premise:

   Elevator.

   Pool: Heated.
   Outside Wash Station.
      (At back parking lot, outside pool area. Right across from Unit's balcony.)

   Laundry Area. 
      (With use of quarters or payment app.)
      (A limited supply of wash pods may be available in the unit on a limited basis.)

   Lounge Area.

   Grill Area.

 

  Miscellaneous  Items:

   * These items may or may not be available in limited quantity.

      Salt and Pepper
      White sugar, Brown sugar, and Honey.
      Butter, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, and Mustard.
      Tea bags (Black)
        * Sorry, no ground coffee is available on site at this time.

      Hand soap, Body wash, and Shampoo.
      Dish soap.
      Limited Machine laundry detergent pods.
