Please Make Note: 

  • Person making reservations must be at least 25 year of age. 
  • Person making the reservations must be present during the scheduled dates applied for.
  • Anyone found renting a unit on the premises that do not match the above requirements will be removed from the property.
  • The maximum number of people allowed to be registered for occupancy in a unit is 6.
  • No pets allowed.

 

Making Reservations:

Reservations are made through the  Calendar & Booking  pages.

Please read the "Rules and Regulations of the Diplomat Condominium Association Pool" on the Documents page prior to going to the booking section.

    Confirmation of Reservation Request:
    Once a request is received and reviewed, you will receive back a confirmation email, asap, with the confirmed date(s).
    A confirmation number will be given to an accepted application.

    Calendar will be updated. asap, to finalize the accepted rental date(s).
    The confirmation number given for the booking application will appear on the calendar day(s) selected for rental.

     

    Self Check-In and Check-Out Times:
    Check-In:       3:00 pm
    Check-Out:  10:00 am

       

      Entry to Unit:

      Unit Entry is made available with a passcode made through the Deadbolt electronic keypad.  This is 7-digit passcode.
      The default, 7-digit passcode will be the last 7 digits of the applicates phone number that has be submitted in the application.

      If a different 7-digit passcode is desired to be used rather than the digits in the phone number, please indicate this in the Message Box in the application form.  Please give a 7-digit number that you wish to use.

      If additional passcodes are being requested for use, please indicated this also in the Message Box in the application form.  Please give 7-digit numbers that you wish to be added.

      A maximum of six  7-digit numbers will be allowed to be added on a request.

      Extend Weekend Option:  
      (This option is only for Public rentals.)

      Choose Option:  "YES. I would like to extend my week's stay into the weekend if that weekend becomes available by Wednesday night."

      Normal weekly reservations available for Public Group users are from Monday nights through Thursday nights.  Weekend nights are defined as Friday nights, Saturday nights, and Sunday nights, and are generally reserved for the Private Group for rentals.

      Should a weekend which follows a Public Group's booking remains unscheduled by the Private Group users by the Wednesday afternoon prior to that weekend, that Public Group booked for that week prior to the weekend will have first choice to select either the Friday night or both Friday night & Saturday night to extend their stay into the weekend.

      This option will be asked on the reservation form.  By selection this option you will be contacted first on Wednesday night prior to that available weekend to see if you wish to extend your stay to Friday night, and/or to both Friday night & Saturday night.

      Payments still apply.

       

      2025 Summer Season:

      Start Date:  Monday, 16, 2025.
      End Date:    Sunday, September 14, 2025.

      This 2025 summer season starts up late and has a short duration.

      The season's End date may be subject to change (may be extended) as the season is re-evaluated towards August. Please feel free to check back for additional opened days later on.
