Days opened for rental of this unit may be made available if no member within the Private Group has not booked this unit by a scheduled date-time. 

Weekdays (Monday through Thursday) not booked by a Private Group member three(3) weeks prior to the start of that week the desired day(s) may be posted for rental.

Example:  Any day of the week on July 13 through July 16 may be posted for rental if a Private Group member has not booked it by June 22.

The "Extending My Week Stay" option is for the public booking party only.  It allows the booking party within the Public Group to be able to extend their weeks stay through the weekend (either Friday, or both Friday & Saturday)  if it has not been booked by a Private Group member by a specific date/time. 

It the booking party within the Public Group has made reservations for this unit and the last day of reservations finishes on a Thursday, you can select the "Extend My Week Stay" option and the booking party will be notified first to extend your weeks stay through if that option comes available. 

If this option is selected, you will be notified first by midnight the Wednesday prior to the weekend, that you may continued to stay according to the day(s) you have selected.

The rates still apply and must be submitted prior to confirmation.

If no selection is made for this option, then it will be presumed that there is no desire to extend the booking party's reservation if it comes available.

This unit may be opened to the public for rental, if not booked by a Private Group member in this calendar year: 
Monday, June 08 through Thursday, August 28.

Please feel free to check back on weekly, starting on May 18, to check on any available opened days for this season.

This unit is rented on a per day basis; not on per night basis as most other units are rented. This schedule makes it convenient for those who seek a "Day Trips Only" reservation.

Check-In Time:      9:00 AM
Check-Out Time:  10:00 PM

Rental cost for more then one(1) day is an addtional cost.

First Day (or for a single day use): 
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday:  $180.00
Friday, Saturday:  $210.00 

Additional Days (when staying overnight):
Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday:  $400.00
Friday, Saturday:  $420.00

Sundays are not available for booking to the public group.
